Terms and Conditions for The Gazebo Hire Company
1. Booking and Payment
1.1. A 3x3m gazebo is available for hire at a rate of R450 per day.
1.2. A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking, with the balance payable prior to delivery or collection.
1.3. Additional fees for delivery, setup, and collection will vary depending on the location and specifics of each event. These fees will be communicated and agreed upon before finalizing the booking.

2. Delivery, Setup, and Collection
2.1. The Gazebo Hire Company provides delivery, setup, and collection services. These services must be booked in advance.
2.2. If you require the gazebo to be set up a day before the event or retained the day after the event, an additional R450 per day will be charged for each extra day.
2.3. Clients opting for self-collection are responsible for ensuring proper transportation and timely return of the gazebo.

3. Liability and Breakages
3.1. Clients are responsible for the safekeeping of all hired equipment from the time of delivery or collection until it is returned to The Gazebo Hire Company.
3.2. In the event of breakages, damage, or loss, the client will be liable for a fee of R2000 per gazebo to cover repair or replacement costs.
3.3. The client is advised to inspect the gazebo upon delivery or collection and report any pre-existing damage immediately.

4. Cancellations and Refunds
4.1. Cancellations made more than 7 days before the booking date will result in forfeiture of the deposit only.
4.2. Cancellations made within 7 days of the booking date will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

5. Use of Equipment
5.1. The gazebo may only be used for its intended purpose and must not be altered or modified.
5.2. The client must ensure the gazebo is properly secured during use to avoid damage from weather conditions or misuse.

6. Indemnity
The Gazebo Hire Company will not be held liable for any injury, damage, or loss sustained during the hire period due to improper use, negligence, or unforeseeable circumstances.

7. Acceptance of Terms
By confirming your booking with The Gazebo Hire Company, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
